Proliferation Map    8/17/2007 12:00:00 AM Libya Missiles Scud B variant, Frog-7, Al Fatah*, Al Fajar / Al Jadid* Delivery MRBM, BSRBM, SRBM * Missiles Not Yet Deployed Following the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime in Iraq, the Libyan government of Muammar Abu Minyar al-Qadhafi lost a close ally in weapons development. In December 2003, Qadhafi decided to open up his Weapons of Mass Destruction programs to the world and invited the IAEA into the country to begin the dismantling of Libya's nuclear weapons program. Extensive chemical and biological weapons programs were also revealed.
